Abigail’s Delicatessen is a small family run business based in the beautiful village of Ingatestone, run by partners Abigail and Philip. We pride ourselves on sourcing quality produce from across the country and Europe, offering our customers a taste of excellence set in the unique surroundings of our rather gorgeous little shop.

Many of the products stocked in the shop are sourced locally or hand-made in our kitchen. You can find a wide range of dinner ideas in our catering section, as well as cakes and canapés to satisfy all needs. Our little 10 cover tea room is open six days a week for you to eat them in too.

Since opening in 2009 we have developed strong links with a number of suppliers, and can now offer great tasting cheeses and hams not available to any supermarkets. Also expect a variety of seasonal dishes such as local game pie, asparagus quiche and summer berry tartlets, with an emphasis on locality or home-grown on our family farm in nearby West Hanningfield.
