Produced from the olivastra seggianese olives which are unique to
the groves surrounding the village of Seggiano. Bottled on a single
farm it has a dense, delicate but enduring flavour. Available in 500ml
and 1litre bottles this is ideal for dressing salads and eating fresh.

on the southern toe of Italy from ancient olive groves. A dense, almond
tasting oil for use with any dish.
Made in Modena using strictly controlled production methods is perfect
for cooking with. Containing no artificial ingredients, it has a dark
colour and subtle sweet and sour tones. Also available as an aged
vinegar which is slightly sweeter and thicker, ideal for dressings
and dipping.
