We only offer 'artisan' cheeses, which means cheeses made by small producers using traditional methods, often making just one cheese with milk from their own herds. We are solely supplied by The Fine Cheese Company in Bath who take great care in researching and delivering seasonal cheeses at the peak of their maturity. About 20 cheeses, including cow, goat and sheep milk are available throughout the year with an extra 20 brought in for Christmas.
